New Page – Chronological

I added a brand new page onto TheEndIsNich.com download’s section called, Chronological. It’s a complete list of songs I’ve made or been involved with laid out in chronological order. From my newest release to my first song ever; everything’s available to you for free.

I’d like to thank those of you who donated; Family, friends, and strangers. Without your donations none of this would be possible. I promise to take you up on some of your suggestions and make some merch for you to support but until then the best way to support my efforts are through the donation button on the right hand of the webpage.

If you ever missed a release of a brand new song or you want to check the library of older material, you can now view, stream, and download the songs you want through the Chronological Page.

Thank you for visiting and remember to spread the Love,

-Nich

Fall Potential

Hey again, friends!

Here’s a brand new song I just whipped up! This one’s called, Fall Potential. It’s about how rainy, cold, and crappy it is outside and how much life is still kicking ass regardless! Don’t let little things like the weather stop you from doing what you want to do! Live out your full potential this autumn!

Overworld

Hey again friends,

I hope you’ve been enjoying the Vile Mile OST! It’s been such an amazing feeling to get such positive feedback from so many of you. You guys really know how to make a man happy! I’m glad that my music has put a smile on your face and can inspire you.

Today I’d like to introduce you to a brand new song called, Overworld. This song is about adventure, discovery, and travelling. Specifically, the type of adventure I’m referring to is the classic RPG games like Final Fantasy and the feeling you get traveling to a new town or game area. In combination with those themes this song was also inspired by my friend Alison, who always challenges me to be better than I was yesterday, and trying to find a sound that could capture the awesomeness of her creations. I by no means think this song does justice to Alison’s art but it was the starting point for it all.

Download it. Listen to it. Travel with it.

Good Vibes

Hey again guys!

I’ve got to undertake one of my favourite projects yet again, asking you guys what you want to hear! I took to my Facebook to ask you guys what the genre of my next song should be, and you guys delivered. There was quite the selection to choose from but as a way to challenge myself I always pick the first response which this time came from Wesley; who commented with “Disco Math Rock”. I, for one, have almost no experience listening or creating Disco or Math Rock so this was a fun challenge. I think it turned out pretty well.

Give it a listen for yourself, download it, and most importantly enjoy it! I give to you, my friends, Good Vibes.

Vile Mile Soundtrack

Greetings!

It’s a pleasure to have your attention and thank you for taking the time to check out the things I create. I’d like to introduce you to my newest creation, the ‘Vile Mile Soundtrack’! This collection of dark and haunting songs were all created for a friend’s stop motion film, Vile Mile. I can’t give too much away about the film but anything I’d have to say about Vile Mile I did my absolute best to cram into a musical idea on this CD.

I’ll also be releasing streamable versions of the CD on Bandcamp and Soundcloud for anyone who wishes to download them separately.

It’s short, sweet, and easy to listen to. Download it and enjoy it!

Reflection

Hey Friends!

Here’s another brand new one for you! This one’s an ambient track with a fair bit of an electronic element that I call, Reflection. This one was originally created for a client’s video game but it was ultimately rejected because of it’s percussion. Once I realized it wasn’t going to be used for anything I sat down with it and thought to myself, “What’s this song’s purpose going to be? What can this song become?” That’s when it hit me that this song, with it’s soft ambient synth pads and hand drums, conjures an environment of self-reflection.

Do your past actions represent the version of yourself you wish to be? Have there been many situations in the recent past where you could have acted more appropriately? Are you currently taking the time to pursue your passions and dreams to live the life you’ve set out to live?

These are all profoundly important questions we never allow ourselves to ask as often as we should. Reflection is an important tool that we need to be consciously aware of and to use it as much as possible. The only person who has the power to keep you on track is you.

Reflect upon your life as you listen to this song and see if anything comes up. I know that my day has been significantly changed now that I’ve taken the time and I hope that your day can be changed too.

Enjoy your time with your thoughts and hopefully you enjoy the song as well!

Resilience (Piano Version)

Salutations Friends!

Here’s an alternate piano version of the song I released last week called Resilience. This one is nothing but the soothing and sweet sounds of piano played by my large and heavy drummer hands. I can’t believe it’s been a year since I started learning piano and I’m already blowing my own mind with what I’m able to create and what I’m able to express.

I hope you’re able to feel the message inside this song.
