Hey guys!
Welcome to 2014! Let’s look back on the past year. Did you achieve your goals you set out for in 2013? What got left behind in the bustle? What did you overachieve in doing? What was the biggest distractions? What were the biggest surprises?
2013 was by far the best year of my life yet. I got to upgrade my recording rig from Garageband to Logic Pro, a new recording interface, and I got to add my Dad’s old keyboard to my instrument arsenal. 2013 was my first year learning how to play the keyboard. I’ve always been around a piano and keyboard my whole life but I’ve never taken it upon myself to learn what the white and black keys do until this year. I’ve come a very long way with the help of my girlfriend and the internet in teaching me how to use this crazy thing. I’m already happy with what I‘ve been able to create and it’s only going to get better.
2013 also brought some of the best video games, books, movies, and music I’ve ever experienced. Do yourself a favour and check out some online lists of some of the best releases that 2013 had to offer, no matter what your interests.
